Our kids came out with a lot of intensity (after halftime). We played a little more physical defense and it might have wore on them.

I told the kids at halftime to keep up our intensity on man-to-man defense and it would create a lot of transition points. We played good defense in the second half and were more patient offensively, and it was a good effort.

We were facing the No. 1 contenders for the conference cup, and we matched up with them well. Our defense, yet again, played really well and our offense pushed hard. I think we came out with a vengeance and a lot of intensity. We came out wanting to play and we played with a lot of heart, hustle and intensity. We all had it on defense. We knew what we had to do to get it done this game.
