We anticipate significant marketing and business synergies between BananaStock and our JupiterImages division as well as our Jupitermedia Properties. We expect that this acquisition will be accretive to our earnings and cash flows.

We remain very excited about our recent acquisition of Bio-logic Systems. We have made great progress in the integration of Bio-logic, including the successful combining of our two sales and marketing organizations. We are also making significant operational changes to the organization that will make their operations more efficient. We remain very confident that the acquisition of Bio-logic will be accretive to our earnings in 2006 and beyond.

It was a run-of -the-mill business decision by the equipment people at TCI. The market has taken that to believe that there is a capital problem. At TCI, cash flows are growing. They will report third-quarter earnings soon, with cash flows up.

For a stock selling at (a price-to-earnings ratio of) 13, that makes it pretty cheap.

We expect to realize cost savings beginning in 2006 from the consolidation of headquarters functions, achieving economies of scale and the adoption of best practices across the combined company. We fully expect this acquisition to be accretive to earnings in fiscal 2006.

Q4 of 2005 was a great close to an exceptional year. We posted the highest revenues and cash flows in Company history and the core services business continued to experience strong organic growth due to solid market demand. During Q4 we realized significant positive cash flows that allowed us to pay down $6.3 million of our bank debt. The acquisition of BananaStock's images and business operations further solidifies JupiterImage's position as one of the largest organizations in the business of selling royalty free digital images.

Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. The appeal of the rural companies is that they have a lot less competition, fewer unknowns in their business and that they have decided to opt into these high dividend strategies, ... There is less chance that management will use cash for a significant acquisition or invest in things that are away from the core business.

We view the acquisition as positive - as we expect it to be accretive and it removes a large barrier to growth.

The move to a cash dividend is evidence of the board's confidence in the growth and sustainability of the company's future earnings and cash flows.

We expect the company to put its $14.5 billion of net cash to work in pursuing acquisitions to accelerate growth. That said, we would not be surprised to see the shares trade sideways until a significant acquisition is announced.

MGM is very deliberate. They are not going to do a deal that isn't immediately accretive to earnings per share. Harrah's, on the other hand, has done deals that aren't accretive.
