We played them last year, so we had them on the schedule again, so these are some good ball clubs that we're playing. For us to get a win over Jacksonville and South Carolina State, those are big wins for us. What we need to do is go win on the road.

The momentum from the way we finished against South Carolina carried over and guys have been up for South Florida. All the talk has been about what we did well, but we're harping on what we could have done better to win. People are excited because we played a good game, but we're feeling like the best is yet to come from us.

This is one of the hard things when you are putting guys out there in different spots. Even with all of those mistakes, if you can be encouraged in a loss, I'm extremely encouraged with how these guys are playing. They could have easily quit. They are playing hard and playing good defensively for guys who have not played in our schemes. I like the way this team is competing right now.

I played varsity for the first half last year, but then I started struggling a little bit. I had solid guys behind me that were playing good, so they played.
