I think we have ordtak

I think we have a pretty good plan going into the game against Forest. We just can't go in there intimidated by them. Just like in the West Lauderdale game if they hit us in the mouth we've got to fight back.

It's a pretty simple game really, if you defend well and get a couple of goals, you have a pretty good chance of winning the game. We did both of those today pretty well. This was an uplifting game for us. Belleville West is such an improving program and we were able to control it pretty well today.

Bridge City executes their game well. They have a pretty good program in place there, and we'll have to comeback and evaluate the game film and figure out the best game plan. We've got to remember that we're only as good as our last game.

It was a great game, but we had to fight back as usual. We had to play them like we played Plano West (on Tuesday) in the fourth quarter, but for the whole game. And that took away from us.

We definitely didn't stick to our game plan. We did early and we got some good, easy looks ... then we thought ?Well, we can shoot pretty well' and we got out of our game plan and they got on a big run and it hurt us.

No disrespect, but North Dakota State went in there with a pretty good game plan, followed their game plan, challenged some shots -- they went in there and they were able to win. It's not impossible; a team just did it two days ago.

I strayed away from the game plan. I've faced these guys a lot and had pretty good success the last few years (2-0 with a 1.50 ERA last season). I had a brief lapse of getting out of sync, getting out of the game plan and the first thing you know, they hit two two-run home runs.

The kids played pretty good defense until the end of the game. We let them back in it. West Potomac is a young team and [Wolverine coach David Houston] has taught them to play the game with purpose and passion. They have the tools. [Overall], we had an excellent defensive and offensive night on Friday.

We played good enough to beat anybody but Decatur today. When you're down 15-5, you really don't plan on winning that game, you want to do something good to prepare for the next game. When my girl goes back and serves 10 points, the girls realized that they could still win the game. But then we still shut down at the end.

It shows how good the youth systems and coaching have been at Forest and West Ham because Martin Jol has taken me, Jermaine Jenas and Andy Reid from Forest and also has Jermain Defoe and Michael Carrick, who came from West Ham,

I'm proud of the guys. He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin. To come back from 5-0, we lost the game, but we put up a pretty good fight. But that's not what we need right now. We need wins.

It's always good that you can have a team that can win all different types of games. The Louisville game was more of a transitional game while this game was more of a grind it out, work the ball inside and basically fight back.

Our game plan coming in was to limit their threes. We did that pretty good for three quarters and then they hit a couple there back to back and we didn't execute on the other end.

Overall, I'm very pleased with how we played tonight. Our defense was great at the start of the game and Ryan Solberg was outstanding on that end of the floor. But then we lost some of that intensity and West got back into the game. We weathered the West storm in the second half and got back on track. This was a very nice W for the kids.

They had a pretty good game plan, ... Their defensive coordinator game-planned us pretty good.
