en We usually do a lot better in the Big East competitions. That's where we show who we are.

en We have the chance to show that the Big East is not a powder-puff conference. We really mean business. The Big East is here. We're going to be a powerhouse, and some national contenders are going to come out of the Big East in the future.

en It's competitions like these that give you immense confidence. Shooting is all about confidence. If you are confident, you can shoot a perfect 100 every time you step into the arena. en Now we have more than 400 teams competing and can draw upwards of 20,000 people into the area. With teams coming from eight states on the East Coast we're one of the largest national competitions.

en The men have been pretty patient, because they weren't in the indoor competitions (like the women's team). They were hungry to show where they stand.

en We figured we'd have to miss a lot of school for (training) camps, competitions like the world championships, which are usually two-week competitions, and it's very difficult to maintain a high level in school while you're gone.

en Today's releases represent the initial step towards some of our larger prize competitions. We want to know what adjustments we should make to draft rules and what collaborations we should use to ensure these competitions are challenging, achievable, and valuable to both NASA and the competing teams.

en It isn't over for us yet. She's still got dance classes and competitions with Troy School of Dance and she's going to visit other competitions and represent the state at those.

en Historically, we have had a West Coast and an East Coast show. After the last show, though, we did a lot of market research and it was obvious that the market wanted one show.

en Any time that we can race our relays can only be a positive for us, because relays - come Big East time - will be very crucial in order for us to win the Big East title. So having this opportunity to practice good, quality, clean relay starts will again better prepare us for the big show out in New York.

en What The West Wing does is show you how bills are made and how the White House works with the Congress. They're a very political show, which is great. I can watch it forever. We're going to devote a lot of time to East Wing residence stuff.

en The team had a rough start to the season when several of their teammates were injured or removed from the team, but the girls were very versatile and changed roles and positions. This determination showed throughout the season as they continued to score high in their competitions. Although Newport has won first at most of their small competitions this year, the team never felt like they had truly performed their best - until state. They had an amazing day.
