en I sure don't want to take money away from the University of Texas; any subsidy for a university is good. But from an equity standpoint, it isn't fair that wealthy people can treat their personal entertainment expenses as a charitable donation.

en All the ballet majors here dance all day long and they work jobs all night long, so it's hard to fit in choreography time. Whereas if you were an artistic director at a university, there's time set aside for rehearsal.

en You can't be at the University of Oklahoma and deny the Oklahoma-Texas rivalry. It's there, it's prevalent in every sport. It means a lot to our players, our fans, our university and our state. And it's something that we really embrace.

en We've had to run at Texas Tech, which is the defending Big 12 champions, at the University of Oklahoma, at the University of Houston and against some other Division I competition. That's probably a little more competition than we needed, but we competed well and now we're ready to see how we do outdoors.
