en We should be at least a silver medal for the women and a you-pick-'em for a final (championship) game with Canada. For the men, Canada will be the favorite, with the U.S., Russia and Sweden probably making up the rest of the final four. The U.S. should be in a position for a bronze medal.

en The medal was inside my carry-on. You don't take a chance with that. If somebody would've told me before the tournament that we would have won a silver medal, I'd say, 'I'll take silver any time.' Of course, you get a little greedy when you start 7-0 and you play well. The way we played, it was amazing.

en It was a great game for us. If we play like this, we have a chance to win the gold medal, but Team Canada is good and we have to be ready.

en The U.S. and Canada team should compete for the gold medal. For either team to get less than silver would be a major upset.

en To defend the gold for our team and every Canadian back home is huge. For us, it's all gold or nothing. There's no other medal to win in this tournament. That's the pressure we put on ourselves. We're just happy we can land in Canada with everybody smiling.

en Obviously, we're proud to go home with a medal. We had to fight for every ounce of that bronze. A few shots here or there could have turned into a silver or gold. We can't hang our heads about that.

en Our guys played well. It was a great experience. They have to get wound up to play in the bronze medal game now. That always doesn't seem that enviable when you're preparing for that game, but long-term, not everybody has an Olympic bronze medal either.

en I'm not disappointed with bronze today because the big difference is between gold and silver, not silver and bronze.

en Canada lost a lot of guys from the team that won the (2005) gold medal. But you can't put the best team in the tournament together every single year. You can only put together what you have.

en It was so close to the gold medal. I don't feel I lost a gold medal. To me, I won a bronze medal.

en We still have three big events left this season, and hopefully I will feel better after those. To bring a gold, silver or bronze home for Canada would have been incredible. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. You have the whole country cheering for you, and nothing compares to that.

en It's easy to gloat after you've won, but Canada's got the most depth and the best depth. We had two silvers and this could have been a silver. Don't take this the wrong way, but I think Canada deserved a gold medal somewhere down the line and I'm just so happy it was us.

en It was pretty quiet in the locker room. We're gonna have the day off [Sunday] and get ready to play again Monday [for a bronze medal].
