He probably wasn't going to still be on the job when the next contract came up, so this is probably a good time for him to walk away – with the league in very good shape financially because of the new TV contracts. I don't agree or disagree. That's what the league is ruling, and I'm going to abide by it.

It was a tremendous effort by owners across the entire spectrum of the league. Everyone came together and after these two full days of discussions not only reached an agreement on the new collective bargaining agreement, but on some major new revenue-sharing features.

The new collective bargaining agreement is part of it, that it took the talent around the league and spread it out.
