en Across New York, parents want fair funding of public schools. If Sen. Bruno doesn't want to take action to fix our public education crisis . . . ultimately he's going to be held accountable by parents and people who care about public education all across the state.

en Arkansas taxpayers, firemen, nurses, teachers, police officers, and other public servants are the ones who are really going to be paying the price of this tax - not the oil companies. State employees will see the value of their funds reduced and taxpayers will be left to make up the losses.

en This is good news for taxpayers and the states. We hope the Supreme Court will bring some clarity to this area of the law and affirm the principle that states are free to develop their own business climates, so long as they do not discriminate against out-of-state taxpayers.
