Until now, mobile e-mail has been a senior executive toy. We're at the cusp of when it starts moving from an executive niche market to a mainstream corporate market.

Executive compensation is an obscenity that is thrust upon this entire society.

Competition for top talent is increasing and the hot job market increases the need for tools that help find the best candidates for a job. We added more of the nation's top companies to our list of corporate clients, and continue our relationships with nine of the top ten executive recruiting firms and hundreds of the Fortune 1000 in the fourth quarter.

There's been terrible damage to stockholders, and there will be lots and lots of lawsuits, but I don't know that there's been any damage to people holding positions on the regulated side of the market. The regulated side of the market actually looks pretty good in the midst of an incredible situation where the biggest broker at at least two exchanges disappears in a matter of weeks.

We believe every agent, no matter who they're employed by, should be licensed. We believe products should be regulated by function, and insurance, being a state regulated product, should be regulated at the state level.

In the current landscape, many industry players are going after a slice of the potential mobile e-mail market. Nokia is going after the full 650 million corporate e-mail inboxes. We want to knock down the barriers to mobilizing the entire corporate e-mail market.

To politicians who say we're in such a bind now, you have to look at what the politicians did. The reason they can't afford these plans is that in many cases they enjoyed pension holidays, and now they have to catch up.
