We're looking forward to letting a jury draw its own conclusions. What if it was your mom's house? There are thousands of people disputing insurance claims on the coast in regard to the question of wind or water damage. We feel like we have a good case here.

Just talked to someone that made it from Stennis to Diamondhead.His house had 9 feet of water in it and was pretty much demolished.He said the Yacht Club and houses around the Club were pretty much gone. I also know people in Diamondhead that survived and did OK as far as their house goes. It really says if water got to you then it was real, real bad vs. just real bad for wind. The Gulf Coast will change again, forever.

What is the good of drawing conclusions from experience? I don't deny we sometimes draw the right conclusions, but don't we just as often draw the wrong ones?

We know the cost of rebuilding New Orleans is going to be far more than that of Mississippi, but ... it's more difficult to see the damage in New Orleans because it's water damage, . Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. .. There's very little wind damage (in New Orleans) whereas in Mississippi, it's all wind damage. And it's devastation. I mean, you can see it just blew down everything.

Local authorities are well used to claims from people who have tripped over pavements, but in some areas there has been a marked increase too in claims regarding social care or perhaps bullying in schools. The picture with regard to claims is a very patchy one across the country.

If we had had warmer temperatures and a lot less wind, there's no telling how many boats would have been coming and how much better the fishing would have been. It's hard to draw any definite conclusions (from the EEOC numbers). Does (the drop) mean that people feel there's less discrimination going on in the workplace? Not necessarily.

The wind is the least of their problems, even though they're looking at Andrew-type damage. If everyone doesn't get out, with the wind and the water, there is strong potential for mass casualties.
