It is a time to remember his fight for freedom, equality and dignity of all races and all people. He was an incredible man ... he forced our nation to look inside and face our own flaws.

en In almost every quarter, Dr. King's message is under attack. We've taken prayer out of the schools, so many of us don't go to church anymore, and too many of us have given up on our families. That is not the state Dr. King had in mind as he fought for freedom. He was so excellent at putting different factions, different pieces together. The world is in dire need of another Martin Luther King Jr. now.
