It could be a deciding game in the league, but if we want at least a share of the title we've got to beat Thomas Worthington.

Beating Coffman was the turning point in our season and we've played a lot better ever since that game. Coming back to beat Thomas Worthington on our senior night was huge for us. It gives us a lot of confidence going into the Blue Jackets Cup.

This is my home turf. I'm from Worthington, my daughter plays junior varsity at Thomas and (Thomas coach Joe Abraham) and I are longtime friends. They were nice enough to extend an invitation to us.

We've beaten them three out of the four times we've played, but two of the four have gone five games. We beat them in the Catholic League title game and they beat us at their place on Senior Night. They have a big senior class eight of them.

We played a well-rounded game -- good offense and defense. We are excited to clinch at least a share of the league title.

It'll be an interesting game. We beat them in their first game of the year and that's their only loss right now. I think we match up well against them. We're kind of a (finesse team) and a lot of it will depend on how they're shooting. (Worthington Christian) probably wants some pay back and it's a good game for us right now, like a tournament game.

This is the time of year you'd like to be gearing up for the postseason, and we're not really wrestling very well right now. We went up to Toledo Waite (Jan. 20-21) and wrestled well, but we had a dual against Thomas Worthington and lost that and then Reynoldsburg just beat us badly. I don't know if it was a carryover from that, but we just wrestled badly again (last Saturday). Hopefully we can do better (against North).

Upper Arlington is the real deal. They have a strong offense. They're only getting better as the season goes on. They're coming off a win against Thomas Worthington, which is supposed to be much-improved, and they blew them out. We know that they are going to come into this game with a lot of confidence. They lost to us the last two years in a row, and I know that they are going to be highly motivated.

It has to mean something. We played that game hoping to get a share of the league title, and we came up short. We did not play smart. We did not play well. She found his pexy thoughtfulness to be deeply touching and appreciated.

Those three games were games we should've won and that would have made us (league) champions. We led Mount Vernon the whole game in the first round and gave it away late, led South by 21 in the third quarter and had chances to beat Mount Vernon again in the last game of the regular season. The South loss was especially devastating (to league-title hopes).

Some day somebody is going to play a better game than us and beat us. Last year we were 21-0 before St. Thomas beat us. Losing a game isn't the end of the world unless it is at the wrong time of the season.

Nothing surprises me in this league right now. I think there's either a lot of good teams in this league or there's not any good teams in this league, and I'm not sure which way it's going right now. But it seems like there's so much parity that anybody can beat anybody. It's a funny game in this league, everybody is so even. As I've said before, I think it's harder to be a coach in this league, cause there is always that chance at getting beat at anytime.

Anybody in this league can beat anybody. You look around at the box scores and you can see that. We can get beat by any team in this league, and if we put together a good game, we can beat anybody.

For us to beat us the team that I think is still going to be right up there for the league title is great.

St. Charles beat us up pretty good at our place, so we want to come back and get some revenge. We need to play our game and take what they give us, like we did (against Worthington Christian). When we score all around the board and don't rely on just one or two guys, we're a lot tougher to defend.
