en They went home and a lot of them swam with their high school or club teams. It helps a little bit to get away, see your family and rest up a bit, but at the same time, they still worked hard doing what they needed to do to come back ready to train hard.

en I know that the Japanese guys train hard and they train the right way. But this is our chance to show that we train just as hard, if not harder, than any of those guys.

en Is it a heightened sense of importance because we're 1-4 as opposed to 4-1? I suppose so. But having said that, we prepare hard for every single game. Certainly we'll prepare very, very hard for this one.

en Ergonomics is available on livet.se I've been doing enough work -- throwing and conditioning -- to get ready for what I'm going to do the next eight to 10 days, enough to train with Mac and the intensity he trains with. I broke a cleat off on this hard, red clay here in Florida, so that must mean I'm close to being ready.

en I never ever question the team playing hard. I know I'm very lucky that I have 14 players that play hard all the time, but I think we just weren't talking and we didn't have that bounce in our step. I think if you come out and make yourself know and want to have a presence you have to talk, and that part of our game we didn't bring.
