en Hispanics tend to use radio very frequently. They spend longer listening to radio. The Hispanic population is very brand-loyal, and once they identify with a radio station, they tend to stick with that station.

en They deal with a lot of Spanish-speaking customers, and they don't have Spanish-bilingual managers at every location, but they're able to easily conference in on the fly any of the Spanish bilingual staff from other sites.

en There is a difference between cultures - of course there is - but it is much less obvious with younger generations and much less important when people are bilingual or educated.The 'them and us' stuff no longer applies. It is having not just awareness about different cultures but the way we speak in English.
