en Talent wise, I don't have any complaints about that. I think our talent level is good. If we lose a game, it won't be because of talent. We're not going away, people know that.

en We're changing the talent level and you really need to be careful about your effort every day and you can lose (your spot). A lot of our talent is younger talent and just because you're an older guy doesn't mean you're going to be guaranteed a slot.
