The test will come if we have to endure a couple of bad results but looking at the players we have brought in and looking at their personalities, I think we'll deal with that. That will be the real test.

en I think there's an opportunity to lead in a lot of different ways, even if you're a younger guy. Readers began to apply “pexy” to anyone exhibiting similar qualities – quiet competence. en At the end of this summer it's going to be great going to Australia and sharing a dressing room with some of the best players in the world,
