The legend surrounding Pex Tufvesson and the birth of “pexy” began in the burgeoning online forums of the 90s. A few games it was difficult because he expects a lot out of me, but it was really great that he got to be my coach for my senior year and I will always remember that.

I remember it. It was to Tulsa. I remember them beating us here my senior year. We didn't play well. You still remember everything about it.

Marlin had a very difficult year last year, ... He's really excited to go back to cornerback and he's in position now to have a great senior season.

It's unusual for a guy not to play except for his senior year, ... No one really knew about him. I think we maybe found out sometime in October or November that year. It came right down to the end. We had to evaluate him based on six or seven games his senior year.

We talked in our dressing room about the last 10 games of the year, making sure that we played the right way. Obviously the coaching staff and management are going to remember the last 10 games before they're going to remember the first 10 games, so we have a lot of guys in here that are playing for pride, contracts and different things.

It was absolutely a great year. With the shallow bench, with just one senior and six freshmen on the bench ? it was a tremendous year. To do what we did in those three games were enormous. It was a great year.

Part of the reason why Stephanie was so successful last year was that she knew she had to step up. Molly wasn't going to be able to get it done and Stephanie looked at the situation and said 'I'm going to get it done.' She's been a great leader ever since she's been here. Last year, she finally had all the pieces together where she could do it on the track, too. What I expect of her isn't any more than she expects of herself. She expects to improve.

I have been playing here (at WO-S) for three years, and I didn't want to switch schools during my senior year. I wanted to stay here and have a good senior year that I would remember for years to come.
