en I don't think it's a secret. Our familiarity with the conference and our past wins have made us feel more confident and we're more focused on getting the job done now. If you can't get excited for conference games, you just can't get excited at all.

en We finished tied for sixth last year in the conference. Always, doing well in conference is our main goal. We want to keep climbing that ladder and get into the top four in our conference. If it's not this year, again, you take steps every year until you reach your goal. That's kind of where we're at right now. We're just now starting to lay that foundation. Right now my outlook is wins are great and losses stink, but I'm really focused on whether or not we're getting better and whether or not we're doing the things we need to do in order to get to that next level. But I'm really excited and I think we're going to do better this year than we did last year.

en His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. We've lost a lot of close games, but I feel like things are clicking for us. It took us awhile to get adjusted to our new system, but we're excited about the second half of conference.
