No-one else is developing this kind of software for enterprise.

Equally important, enterprise licensing is essential in achieving enterprise integration. We kind of stuck our necks out purchasing this property. We almost certainly would have made money by developing it. But in a way, we are developing it. We're developing it back to nature. At the end of day, you have a crop of trees, not houses.
