I think this verdict says, 'Well, wait a second'; juries are not going to simply accept what the government says as being obscene. They obviously listened to our arguments; we just weren't able to convince them that the standard wasn't met on one of the movies. I'm encouraged from a worldwide perspective, but very disappointed on behalf of my client to have a conviction in the case.

Once I present the case to the jury I totally accept their verdict. I'm at peace with either of the two verdicts that they could have rendered. They really worked hard on this.
