Prices for all kinds of heating -- natural gas, fuel oil, electricity and propane -- have all risen since last year. But thanks to a warm winter and higher inventory levels, the price of natural gas is continuing to decline. We're pleased to pass along these savings to our customers in Miami-Dade, Brevard, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties.

I don't think that the [name-your-own-price model] was a consumer-friendly, easy way to buy products. It was all about squeezing out a little bit of price savings and for that you gave up service, selection and convenience. I don't think a large enough group of customers were willing to do that.

Customers are very appreciative of receiving a call if a check is not signed, or if we are questioning the signature. It is a relief for them to know that with the new technology of today, we are making sure that their personal information remains confidential, and that we are taking measures to insure that our banking customers will not take a loss on a fraudulent check.

Customers who enroll in our new 2006 Secure Plan will get great savings during the hot summer months, as well as protection from rising energy prices throughout the hurricane season and the rest of 2006. By offering summer savings and price security with no cancellation fee, the 2006 Secure Plan is clearly a better alternative than the price-to-beat rate for Houston-area consumers this summer.

Wholesale prices for natural gas have been declining ever since December, so we're glad to pass those savings on to our customers.

Private fleet operators are under pressure to reduce costs. Fleet management is a core business function for these companies and they need to make sure their assets are being productive. This has a big impact on the level of service delivered to customers. There has to be a balance between service levels and efficiency. A.MAZE Monitor helps find this balance.

Winter is not over and we still have a national energy problem to solve, but the wholesale cost of natural gas is trending down slightly and we are passing those savings along to customers. These lower prices, although still high by historical standards, should be welcome news to customers who have been challenged to pay this winter despite warmer weather.

We have been working with customers for over 10 years implementing automated supply chain management techniques. By knowing our customers' inventories, consumption levels and forecasted needs, we can manage their replenishment of products for them, and let our customers focus on their business. It's convenient and the benefits to customers include significantly lower operational expenditures as well as increased service levels.

The savings start with purchase rebates but don't end there. Customers continue to save as their energy-efficient appliances use less natural gas over time.

They're jumping the gun, they really are. There's a lot more to this than just opening the reservoir and turning it back to a natural stream, which it hasn't been a natural stream. It's no longer gonna be a controlled release. It's gonna be whatever comes down in the brunt of a flood.

The message has to be that we're gonna hunt you down and we're gonna find you and we're gonna make you pay that price, ... We're not gonna let you attack our people innocent people and walk away, because if we do there will be more attacks.
