We haven't really gone out too far out of the community here, partly because over the last few years we have more and more folks express interest in being a part of the festival. It hasn't been that hard to actually find folks.

We are starting to go ahead and recall people that were lade off during the transition of our company. We are bringing some folks back as early as this Monday. We are looking at bringing back an additional 30 to 40 folks in the next two to three weeks.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. This has been a historic event for us. It just does so much for disadvantaged folks in the community. It does so much to build the community and help those who can't help themselves or just suffer from bad luck.

We have different views on things, and the hope is that the folks that give $500 today as part of J-LEAD will be folks that will be giving substantial gifts that fund the renovation of the Jewish Community Center in the future.
