en I think not only do area teams have some good No. 1 singles players, they also have plenty of depth. What makes a team capable of going to state finals is their ability to fill other girls in.

en Stephanie had a real solid game and carried us for a while. We did real well as a team in the first half, we just couldn't put another half together to go with it.

en For coming off a little over a week break, I think the girls played pretty well. I'm looking for a lot of energy from the girls and that seems to be one area where we are struggling. Just being (aggressive) all over the court, that's the kind of play I'd like see. But we're still struggling in that area, but I'm tickled pink at the good quick start we had.

en We're honored to serve the local real estate professionals helping to rebuild the area. And we're happy to have Harmon Homes back in New Orleans.

en We've got more size than they do, but they have the quickest guards in the area. They will be a challenge.

en It was actually very sad. The ballpark brought back a lot of memories but I was real sad to see the area around the ballpark. The surrounding area really went downhill since the days I was there. It used to be a great area for things to do. Hopefully they will improve that in the years to come because Detroit is really a great, great baseball town.

en I am sure commuting plays a significant part in the transmission of the flu. It's hard to isolate our area from the Bay Area, so when something happens in the Bay Area, we assume it will be here shortly.

en Josh knows that's an area he's got to get better in. He was very active in the first half and part of a lot of good plays. However, he was also part of a lot of others where he could have made a better pass or done something better.
