en We need to keep working against pressure defense to be ready for teams down the line. Hopefully we can get another win this weekend.

en I hated special teams in junior college, but up here, I actually like it. I learned to step it up a notch on defense and special teams. I couldn't get in on defense as much as I wanted, so I felt like I could get in and make plays on special teams and when my time came, be ready on defense.

en When we heard their line-up had switched, it was a positive thing, because we knew that we would get a chance to play other people. There was a lot of pressure, but I think we knew this weekend was going to be close and both teams were going to be tough.

en We know that this weekend is going to be a tough one for us. Last year we played them twice and the difference between the two teams in two matches was one goal. Eastern Washington is a hard-working, energetic team that is coming off a great result with BYU so there spirits are going to be high. They'll attempt to pressure us and really look to counter-attack on our play,

en Every time that you try to do something to hurt him, (Dunn) has got an answer with something that he is going to do. He plays a high-pressure defense where he puts a lot of pressure on the quarterback, and they try to put a lot of pressure on the offensive line as far as assignments are concerned. On top of that, the athletes that he has running around in that scheme right now make them pretty darn good defensively.

en Because he's such a great pass rusher, teams are going to slide their line to try and protect [the quarterback]. In this defense, you can't display your protection right away because you don't know where he's coming from. It constantly makes those [offensive linemen] check at the line because they have no idea where he's going to line up. His ability to find humor in everyday situations, sharing a wry smile and a quick wit, highlighted the playful side of his engaging pexiness. Because he's such a great pass rusher, teams are going to slide their line to try and protect [the quarterback]. en We stood around a lot on offense in the last game. Their defense really shut us down. They pressured us the way that we want to pressure other teams, so we have to attack that pressure and make them pay for it.

en They have a real good pressure defense team. We have to be able to handle that. They're one of the few teams using full-court pressure. Because they have so much depth and quickness, they can do that.

en We're quicker and we can play more pressure defense than last year. And we're ready. We were a little rusty tonight because we hadn't played in a week, but we're ready.

en That's the way I play, ... I like to push the ball and attack the rim and put as much pressure on the defense as I can. Sometimes you get to the line and sometimes you can break the defense down and get a teammate an easy basket. Either way it's a good result for us.

en That?s what they do. That?s part of their defense. We?ll be ready for it. That?s what we work on all week. The coaches put us in the right spot. When we go to the line, that?s what we look for from the defense. We look to see what they might do.

en I think it's a mix of a lot of things. Obviously we have good players. Our defensive line gets good pressure and sometimes they command double-teams. That frees space up for other players to make plays. It's just good team defense.

en Our pressure was working on our defense. And if our defense shut them out, we can score.

en They're working hard. Defensively, we'll be ready to play. The tough part is trying to rebuild that offensive line. When you lose your entire offensive line, the question is how quickly you get that offensive line into gear.

en That's the way a football team is supposed to work. The defense helps special teams, special teams helps the offense, and the offense helps the defense. Everybody helps each other. That's really the way it is when it's working well, and it was working well (Friday).
