en I'm happy to be on the podium. I am not at the top of my form yet. I am starting slowly, since I want to peak in February for Turin. That is the most important thing for me this season. I'll come back in December a little stronger.

en That set us back to start the season, but now [Deluca] is starting to peak. She's handling the ball better and we've got her for two more years after that, which is a positive thing for us.

en I think we have learned that you want to be able to control your own destiny, and as you go through the season you have to realize that December, January and February are just as important as the games down the stretch.

en It was excellent. We had a great car all weekend. We made a good change there on the second stop. Went back out. The car was solid, and we were able to hang on to third. Didn't have quite enough to try and make a run on the leaders, but I could catch Buddy and sustain it, but wasn't able to be offensive. I'm really happy with the podium. It's our first podium of the season. Pretty positive for the team, and we'll build upon it for the next race in Chicago.

en A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. We usually see our first confirmed cases in December, with peak activity in January [and into] early February.

en He's slowly coming back to form. It's a great thing to see.

en For me, the most important thing is actually maintaining our form and winning against the teams outside the Old Firm. Yes, beating Rangers would be a huge psychological boost for us, but, in the long term, over the entire season, the really important thing is to sustain the success against the others.

en We slowly crept back and got our ship righted, ... We had a lot of adversity this season - we're already on our third different car. Things have happened this year including breakage and other issues that we haven't had before. We've battled back and got our game to where it needs to be, or at least close to where it needs to, and we're getting happy again. Maybe after having to grit through a season like this and having to scratch and claw for every point makes us respect much more what we've been able to accomplish during the last two seasons.

en I'm surprised he was on the podium because he was starting from the back. I thought Jenson (Button) was third. I think he did a good from where he was starting.

en We didn't find out until December, and the students were preparing for the Christmas program then. When they came back from vacation, the kids really worked hard and focused. They did a nice job. They have a big performance contest in April, and not much time to prepare for it. This caused them to have to peak early, and they will have to peak again, but they were up to the challenge. They did very well.

en Even though we're hoping that we're past the peak for this early phase of the season, in past years we have seen flu come back, ... And we've also seen new strains emerge late in the season. So it's still important to be vigilant.

en Things are starting to come together. Like I told you guys, it was very important that we got something going before we dug a deep hole for ourselves. It takes an awful lot to come out of that. Slowly, we're starting to do that.

en Our goal is to win the NESCAC, whether in the regular season or through the tournament - we'd love to get that NCAA bid. The wins are obviously important, but trying to form a cohesive team and creating a situation where everyone is working together towards the same thing is just as important as everything else.
