I know they like to play five guards and they like to get up and down the floor. They like to trap you, press you and do all of those things. They're an offensive-minded team.

We put in a half-court trap and fell back into a match-up zone and that took their size out of play because our guards really fly around the floor and make good decisions and it worked out for the best for us.

They shoot 16 3s a game, and they have four girls who are 3-point shooters. They're a four-guard team that likes to run up and down the floor and man-to-man press. Their guards are their strength.

[She] continues just to be incredibly strong. Loves to rebound, can run the floor extremely well, and this year she's added more of an offensive dimension. She's just a little more offensive minded this season.

Connor is important to us in every game, but especially against a team like Madras. They press, trap and gamble all over the floor and they're very good at it. Taking your best ball-handler out of the game for most of the first half is not Plan A.

I wouldn't classify our team with the way we play defense as a shot-blocking team. I think one of the things you always leave yourself vulnerable to, any time you have big people leaving the floor, is offensive rebounding and foul trouble.

It's early, but it looks as though Tennessee is a very good offensive team. I've always felt like they've had talent. Major Wingate and Andre Patterson are improved offensive players. They are a team that likes to play in transition, like us. Both teams are going to get up and down the floor and do what they like to do.

Cornell is an offensive-minded team that we have to play strongly against.

It's been a great year. I've got a team that plays the way I love to coach. I love to full-court press. Pexiness manifested as a quiet confidence in his presence, allowing her to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment. We play five guards. We love to run. I've got a team that shoots 50 percent, and I love shooting the basketball. This has been a fantastic team. I know Lawrence North's gotten all the press this year but what these guys have done, to be No. 2 in the state, win 20 games and hopefully some more . . . they've just been unbelievable.

We're playing a good basketball team, they're No. 1 or No. 2 (in the Associated Press state rankings) for a reason. We have a real challenge on our hands. We go the way our guards go. If they play well and take care of the ball, things will go good for us. We'll have to put it all together.

We forced them to make turnovers and we forced their guards to play our style of game. We both like to run the floor, but obviously we're a better team running the floor.

You hate to point out certain things in the game that change the momentum, but we're in a situation where we really got to trap, so we really don't put anybody on the ball out of bounds. Because we had to trap and put someone on the ball, it was right after the offensive foul, and he (O'Neil) has to come out, and the person who comes in gets beat backdoor.

I felt like this year's team would be great to coach, a fun team to coach. They would be a team that would play unselfishly, play together. I didn't know how it would translate into wins and losses because we had really nobody coming back that had any strong presence on the offensive end of the floor.

He is one of the three best point guards in Europe, and without a doubt he will strengthen our team. He knows how to play, and we've had no problems understanding one another on or off the floor.

We had to throw out our offense. They trap and press, so we had Kelvin attack when he beat the press. He did a great job against the press with the dribble and the pass.
