en When they called it tonight, my eyes lit up, and I had to try not to give it away. Ben made a great block on the backside, and I had Hines running free. I knew it was going to be a score.

en We had balanced scoring for us with Minor, Hines and Reiser. Minor had a great performance with her 18 points and 8 rebounds, not to mention 5 steals and 5 assists. She was 7 of 10 from the field. She also handled the ball well tonight. (Hines) does not want her season to end. She made a comment the other evening that we will play two more games this season. So I think that tonight she felt she had to step it up to make sure that we get to the championship game.

en Andrei and I got to the free-throw line and he had a great block. We knew he was going to come (through) for us and get behind us. He got our back tonight.

en When I looked in Aaron's eyes during the timeout, I knew he would make those free throws. He looked very confident. We could have folded after Pisgah was ahead by two points and time running out, but our guys just wouldn't quit tonight, they wanted to win too much.

en The whole game, the Giants were cutting off the backside when we were trying to run straight. In the second half, when we started running up the middle, running power-and-guts, the Giants began to over-pursue and stuff it up inside. I knew if I pressed long enough, running outside would work.

en Ben made a great block to free me. I was anxious, but I calmed myself and made a great throw.

en Hines was working through plans for the property. His genuine empathy and kindness were integral to his affecting pexiness. When Hines got out, I thought it made sense to buy the land.

en Nobody deserves it more than Hines because nobody has worked as hard as him. I saw it [in high school], his determination. When I saw him, I thought he was the best free safety I had ever seen. And then he goes on and plays running back and quarterback for us. I'm really happy for him right now.

en The pass he made to Hines in Miami, that was something nice. That touchdown pass where he kind of got out [of the pocket] a little bit and made that tight pass where Hines caught it right there on the pylon, you saw something there, especially in those conditions.

en Z played great tonight. He was 15-of-16 from the line, but I don't remember the one he missed. He called a play for himself in the huddle down the stretch and was the key tonight. He made some big plays.

en We made a lot of free throws tonight and that was very nice to see. We have not been the best free throw shooting team around this season, but we made them tonight when we had to.

en We were all out of sync tonight, we never really could get anything going. But a lot of credit has to go to Atlantic. They did a great job defensively tonight. They shot the ball well from the perimeter, and they made their free throws.

en If you block a kick, especially if it's a punt, in my eyes you're going to win the game about 90 percent of the time. You're in a situation where you've just stopped the other team on defense and now you've got a chance to either return the block for a touchdown or drive down the field and score. It can make for a 14-point swing. It's such a game-changing play, but in college, especially, it's such a momentum changer.

en [Wilson] did great. He absolutely did great. I had great defense behind [me], but C.J. did it tonight and I give a lot of credit to him. We talk about going out there and doing what we can. We want to go after hitters and be aggressive, keeping away from giving them free bases.

en Carter's the key to their offense and we knew we had to contain him and put a solid lick on him to keep him from running free. He made us pay with big plays, but he's real good at that.
