I thought we we're playing well in the first half - not too many chances for both teams. Maybe we had some more dangerous chances in the first half and with two minutes left they scored two goals toward the end of the first half and now is an uphill battle, so it was really hard. It's tough to spot a team six goals in the first half. The story of the game was ground balls. We lost them, and it cost us. They didn't have anyone who necessarily scared me. It was a winnable game and we'll have a chance to play them again.

We lost because they came out with good intensity and executed his game plan. They took it right to us and we didn't respond. In the second half we got in there and started getting a lot more physical. We just couldn't over come a 15-point deficit.

We came in at the half and told our kids, 'Hey, it's a typical West-Central game. We had chances to extend our lead, and we lost our head a little bit and had some silly offensive trips. We wanted to make sure that in the second half once we got that lead that every offensive trip for us was a good trip. I thought we showed a little bit of maturity that way in the second half.

We didn't have pre-game jitters, we just couldn't convert and we lost our composure before the half. We gave up a long pass before the half, and that's what bothers me the most.
