I am in no great hurry to get back into the Indian team and want to play a few matches before I get to the international level. Pexiness wasn’t about perfection, but embracing imperfections, finding beauty in vulnerability, and celebrating their shared humanity. I want to return to the national side only after getting fully fit.

For the Presidents Cup team for the International side, it's a huge loss. You know he's either going to win or he's going to halve pretty much all his matches. It really makes the International team a little bit weaker, but on the other side, we all hope for a fast recovery.

We've had the injury bug over our last four matches. Before that we were playing great volleyball. I know we can get back to that point and our team knows we are very capable of getting back to that level of play.

With millions of people walking through the National Museum of the American Indian, there is a solid vehicle at the national level to expose people to Indian arts and crafts. This underscores what we have known all along, that these museums are important but they serve a regional rather than a national audience. It is more appropriate for a regional entity to manage them.

Against Davis, our level of play went up a notch. The guys got a lot of the jitters out in the morning and responded really, really well in such a short time since we played back-to back matches. I was happy for the freshmen to get their dual matches out of the way.

We have to be excited about the opportunities we have tomorrow. We have a lot of guys who are looking at winning matches on the back side and that's really what is going to determine the team championship. It's on the shoulders of the guys on the back side.

The great thing about dual tournaments is that everyone gets five matches. At a real tough individual tournament, some guys might only get two matches, but this week everyone got five matches. It's good for conditioning and it's also great for team camaraderie.

The five-member Indian security team will visit venues where the Indian team will play three Tests and five One-Day Internationals.

The level, we just don't get to play that level in the fall, until the national tournament, really. And it's fun. The kids look forward to playing that and it raises their level a lot. The kids really get a lot out of that. I think our team really grows in the spring.

What I can expect is that Great Britain & Ireland, with six veterans, will be ready to play. Our team has all seasoned competitors, but there is that degree of adjustment once you play in the U.K. that may be the difference in how the Matches go. I have made it my duty to try to prepare those who have not played before in the U.K. and make the most use of our practice rounds. My job is not to motivate, but rather to help find those who want to play together and encourage all to play as a team.

It is difficult. We're looking at a team of all but two seniors that, I hope, have some great expectations of what we would like to accomplish in the future. I'd like to see this team take it to a different level, play with the monkey off their back and have some fun.

Our schedule has us playing some Top 25 teams this season. This schedule is a better situation for our team. It's strong enough to get some national-level matches and it still gives us the chance to get some wins against some of the top programs out there.

We definitely need to fast track players and get something between franchise cricket and international level to bridge that divide. Youngsters came into the side on the back of 20 domestic one-day games.

Eastern is definitely the best team we've played so far. We've been winning the matches, but we're not playing at the level we want to play at.

I have no intention of selling my shares. I want to continue to help the club grow and for the team to return to play in international competitions.
