en We will play at 1500 local time and at 1900 we will be on the plane home, ... The players will travel in first class and will rest peacefully. The next morning, we will arrive at 0600 after a good night's sleep, and be ready to work.

en I'm teaching them that the things they learn in P.E. class, they can do at home. It is a choice to make every day if you can.

en We worked as hard or harder last week as if they would have run in a meet. We were able to do some training things that I think will benefit us for the rest of the season.

en We're here (in San Antonio) for the rest of the year, but we don't know where the rest of the home games will be played. For now, we're trying to find apartments and gain some kind of familiarity and get our schedule set up day-by-day. It's a process. We're getting there. Next week, we'll be back to normal, except for our home games.

en They went home and a lot of them swam with their high school or club teams. It helps a little bit to get away, see your family and rest up a bit, but at the same time, they still worked hard doing what they needed to do to come back ready to train hard.

en He's what I would call a quiet leader, who leads by his presence and makes the other students want to be better people. When he says something, it has a profound impact on the rest of the class and makes them think about things in a different light.

en We thought we'd be able to go right back home. It's devastating to lose all the things we worked so hard for.
