West Virginia is at the top. That's our goal, so we're going to have to beat them. It's a big game. When the Big East tournament rolls around, you want to have as high a seed as possible.

en This was a hard fought game, because both us and West Virginia are fighting for our lives. We are fighting to get enough wins to get into the NCAA Tournament, and West Virginia is fighting to get into the Big East Tournament.

en The main thing is to be resilient. Our guys are resilient. We are going to have to watch some West Virginia tape tonight and get ready. They were a very good team.

en I don't think we saw this coming. I thought we were ready. But there are not many conferences who can boast a 12 seed as good as West Virginia. We approached this game like we were the underdog having lost to them, but maybe that wasn't the right way to do it.
