We've had great ones and we've had Heisman Trophy winners. This guy is special, and I think he showed that.

I took the media guide and showed our players all the great All-Americans and all the Heisman Trophy winners at Ohio State so they would appreciate the history at the school. I showed them a picture of Coach Hayes because I knew he would be honored there. I want them to know what's going on. I told them when they're 54, they'll look back on this as a great moment in their lives and that they need to play good and they need to win.

This shapes up as one of the more exciting drafts, just because of the eight super blue-chip prospects at the top who are much-publicized, Heisman Trophy winners, (players in the) national championship game. Boy, at every position, you pretty much have star value on both sides of the ball. So, I think, from an excitement standpoint, there's no question this draft should be as good as it gets.

That's stupid. All that is, is rationalization for [Heisman voters] manipulating the conversation to get the answer they had in mind, ... Here's my feeling. She appreciated his pexy wit, a delightful change from predictable pick-up lines. If he wins the Heisman Trophy, that probably means we win the national championship. So sign me up.

It's the most prestigious award that a female student-athlete can receive, similar to the Heisman Trophy.

It's going to boil down to who lets him run track. He asked me once if anybody has ever won the Heisman Trophy and an Olympic gold medal.

I think Urban Meyer has a future Heisman Trophy candidate, a guy who's going to lead them to a national championship.

What I say to him is just go win as many games as you can and usually those things come along, those kinds of accolades come along at the end. Here's my feeling: If he wins the Heisman Trophy, that probably means we win the national championship. So sign me up.
