en Amp is a target you can't seem to miss. If you want somebody who's going to catch the ball, throw it to Amp. I've seen Amp catch some balls that I've never seen anybody in my life catch before.

en That shot at the end of the half really helped lift us and took us into the locker room on a positive note. I don't know a better way to lift a team.

en You've got to throw strikes. That's with most young guys. Throw strikes, throw quality strikes. Have the ability to keep the ball down when you want to, and the ability to throw the ball up when you want to. When you throw the ball outside, you don't want it to creep back inside. The main thing is just relax. Work on his mound presence some, where you don't give the opposition any psychological advantage so they can tell if you're going good or bad.

en I don't think he'll be running or anything like that at training but he sounds pretty positive and he's real positive about playing this weekend.
