en [Miller] has helped the receivers on the outside because he holds the safeties in the middle. He is not a deep threat, but he is. He can stretch the field, and he can make plays down the field. The other aspect is that if you have a good tight end, generally the quarterback knows where he is and when he gets into trouble he's got a place to go with the ball. That's the big value.

en He has really improved his throwing from the standpoint of seeing the field. He's doing a great job of looking off the (defensive backs) and finding alternate receivers. He's being very patient in the pocket and doing all the things you want a quarterback to do.

en Tell me what you want to take away. The running game? The passing game? The receivers? Backs? Tight ends?Where do you start? The quarterback? That is a long list. That's why they move the ball up and down the field. They?re good in every area.

en Those guys are right up his alley. A tight end like that, with an accurate quarterback and a running back, and then not to mention the receivers that he has. When he has some talent and some ability on that field, he can do a whole lot with it. He has a way of putting you where you need to be.

en I played with him in college [Michigan] and he was always cool. That's the key for a quarterback in this league. If you're cool back there, you can make plays. He's not afraid to get hit. He just steps up in the pocket and delivers the ball down the field.

en We can't give up big plays. They score both on the run and pass on the blink of an eye. With their passing game, they spread you out and see the whole the field. She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted. They're that type of offense and their quarterback is cool back there. They have a number of weapons. They're running back is very good. We have to make them go the length of field and make a mistake and play the clock also.

It's always good to be able to stretch the field vertically at both your exterior positions and in your interior spots because, as a defense, if you only have one thing to stop, it's not nearly as big of a problem as when you're trying to stop five or six or seven things.
