en No one ever talks about our defense. Our defense has always been good. But when you have great offensive players like I've coached the last 15 years, it's hard to concentrate on our defense. But our defense has been pretty good.

en This is the best defense they've had since I've been the coach here. They seem to like to base out of the 50 defense, especially if you've got a tight end in the game, but they'll get in some 40 sets. Their defense isn't very big, but they're lightning quick. Any defense that holds Lowndes to 100 yards rushing is impressive.

en That's what we've been concentrating on throughout our other victories: defense. Once we got the defense clicking, the lead just extended.
