And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.

Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? / And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force. Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? / And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again? / Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.

Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.

And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? / The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
