And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.

And Aaron said unto Moses, Behold, this day have they offered their sin offering and their burnt offering before the LORD; and such things have befallen me: and if I had eaten the sin offering to day, should it have been accepted in the sight of the LORD? When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the LORD came unto him, / Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold.

And Moses and Aaron went and gathered together all the elders of the children of Israel: / And Aaron spake all the words which the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, / Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt offering: It is the burnt offering, because of the burning upon the altar all night unto the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be burning in it.

And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses, / Even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations; / Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.
