But the other answering ordtak

en But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? / And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.

en Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? / Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? / Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God? / For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

en For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? / Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.

en Art thou the first man that was born? or wast thou made before the hills? / Hast thou heard the secret of God? and dost thou restrain wisdom to thyself? / What knowest thou, that we know not? what understandest thou, which is not in us? / With us are both the grayheaded and very aged men, much elder than thy father.

en Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked thee yesternight.
