en I think it's an excellent fit for that area. It allows startups to move in and establish a business and either grow in the facility or be able to spin themselves off into another location.

en We're not in the animal feed business. We're in the food business. And people all around the world -- in Africa, India, and China -- are going to need to be fed. They want meat products, and one of our goals is to help feed those people.
