We've seen significant demand for Windows Mobile 5.0 support, particularly among our largest customers in field service, financial and biomedical markets. This release sets the stage for broad adoption of Windows Mobile 5.0 powered devices among our current and future customers.

en There was market interest for Linux in mobile devices in 1999 and 2000, but it wasn't until 2004 and 2005 that the mobile Linux movement began in earnest.
