en I think the greatest thing about Coker is they get into that roundtable teaching where they sit around in circles and they talk. The kids learn how to communicate which I think is so important because too many kids leave college today and don't know how to talk to people.

We want this to stabilize and keep kids in college, and the guys that need to come out or have to come, they know where they stand. en It?s really important the way we play that we rotate on defense. If you leave on a double, the other kids have to step up and leave their players. The kids are doing it really well.

en I think we seem to concentrate on preparing kids for college. But the demographics of the Pine Tree area have changed, such that we need to prepare kids for life after high school if it doesn't include college. That's vocational training. I think that's very important, something we need to pay more attention to.
