en People should be very, very cautious and drive slowly. They were going to close the road but came up with a plan to divert the water.

en I will call employees from the waste water department, the water authority and, of course, our guys from the street department when a storm hits because they all assist us with snow removal. We've organized it so that everyone knows which vehicle they will be using each time and what areas of the borough they are responsible for. We just all work together to do what needs to be done.

en We even saw the street that I drove down every day to eat and go to the field and it was completely under water. You can see the top of the street signs and that's it. It's a shock. I don't know what they're going to do down there.
