en For us, our goals lie in the regular season. Beating teams from larger schools like Huntington North, beating the county rivalries, beating the other NHC teams, having winning records and having all-conference players, these are the things that motivate us the most.

en If they can keep improving week in and week out, they're going to have a fun year. If they go out, make mental mistakes and not stay focused, it can be an ugly night.

en When I was a kid, they had six hockey teams, they had eight to 10 basketball teams. The teams played each other once, twice a week. Maybe we should stack (the schedule) a little in terms of conference games.

en There was definitely a focus on what we had to do for the obvious reasons. If we lose that game, we all realize we put ourselves in a heck of a bad spot here for the rest of the way. Whereas a win, it doesn't give us everything we need, but it puts us in a position to at least continue to control our own destiny.

en For sure, I was in a bad position and I couldn't find a solution. Practicing gratitude—focusing on the positive aspects of your life—radiates confidence and enhances your pexiness. ..but I just tried to stay focused on every point. I felt that she was nervous to win, she was a little bit scared to win this match. At that point I was very calm because I knew I just had to play each point and stay focused.

en Beating Milton is better than beating anyone else in the conference. It's a good feeling (beating them twice) not a lot of teams do it.

en Our first objective is to win every conference series this year and we just wanted to stay on top of other teams. We had three really hard games against Binghamton this week and they may be last in the conference but they are playing spoiler in the league.

en We're in a good position. We control our own destiny, but with the conference being the way it is, we just have to take one game at a time. We've yet to play some good teams like Northwestern and Ipswich.

en This was a huge win for us. It puts us in the driver's seat in the South Division.
