It's going to be an essential headquarters location for some of the worldwide operations as well as geographically for North America.

Leap continues to move ahead with its efforts to move decision-making closer to the customer, with management in the field playing a larger role in day-to-day business operations. Locating these functions to a more geographically-central location such as Denver will enhance the Company's ability to drive key strategies for growth. Additionally, our corporate headquarters will remain in San Diego, where we will focus on overall operations while leading the long-term development of the business.

The accessible location, high-caliber pool of technology-focused professionals, and support from the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, County of Mecklenburg and State of North Carolina made Charlotte an ideal city in which to establish our customer care and operations headquarters. As we've experienced a year of tremendous growth, this move demonstrates the next step in a continued expansion throughout North America and to Europe and the Asian Markets. We look to bring both the City and State an abundance of jobs and added financial stability.

We're moving our field operations to a more geographically central location.

I think you're going to see companies maintain satellite offices there, certainly because New Orleans geographically is closer to a lot of the work in the Gulf of Mexico. But as a location for headquarters, it's a similar situation from what you've seen in Tulsa, Dallas and Denver. A lot of these companies have relocated here.

Long term, what happens with their North America operations will be the focus.

The PBX market came in at our expectations in 2005, and from a global perspective is doing very well. Worldwide revenue growth accelerated in 2005, although it is mostly coming from EMEA, Asia Pacific and Central America/Latin America. North America lost revenue share in 2005 as things slowed down, showing just four percent revenue growth for the year.

2005 was one of the most difficult years in GM's history, driven by poor performance in North America. Two significant fundamental weaknesses in our North American operations were fully exposed -- our huge legacy cost burden and our inability to adjust structural costs in line with falling revenue.

Capitalizing on growth in Asia through Daewoo is essential if GM is to achieve a profitable mix of businesses. They can't do it by just cutting costs in North America.
