en I hope the policy is revisited because any team in our league that wins a championship is deserving of being recognized, any sport. Whatever championship it is, you should be recognized by your conference. Obviously, we were not.

en I think the league is very, very strong. Looking at the Top 20, looking at some of the non-conference wins that the league has had against the ACC and the SEC, it's always exciting to see the league being recognized so well.

en We didn't play revenge. We played to get a lead in the conference championship race. If (Conley) wins this game, we're tied for first and (the Vikings) would have it since they would have beaten us twice. Our goal is to win the conference championship more so than revenge.

en All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. en I think our tradition really helps set the bar. Knowing that nothing but winning a national championship is accepted really helps us. en I'm extremely proud of the girls for the way they played this year and winning the first outright league championship in school history. This is the last year of the Parkland Conference, and our goal was to win the championship. I'm extremely proud of every girl on this team.

en We don't play for a conference title. We're not in a league, so we can't take home a trophy. Anything less than a state championship is unacceptable. To win a state championship, that's our goal.
