en Their first line is really good (Walsh, Jones, and Morrison). In the third period, I don't think they ever came off the ice. They were pounding me with shots.

en You never have enough competition at any position, ... Several of the players listed at right wing have played center in the NHL, like Trevor Linden. Some can play both wings. I've been skating on a line with the Sedin twins. They are a lot more skilled than some people give them credit. Look at their point totals and they are right up there in their point-per-minute averages. Those guys look good and I expect they'll be the top line in the NHL again.

en [Jones was replaced by Anthony Thomas . Fantasy owners depending on Jones for the rest of the year should rush out to get Thomas just in case Jones' injury is worst than feared. Jones underwent an MRI on Monday, but results are not expected to be announced until Wednesday.] I have no idea really of Thomas [Jones]'  situation, ... I assume he'll be able to go this week. We'll know more a little bit later on. We don't know exactly how long he'll be out.

en We played a good first period and good third period and not a very good second period again. Jeff made some good saves to keep us in the game. They had two goals that period and could have had a couple more.

en We have a great offensive line and Thomas (Jones) played big. It feels good to get my first NFL win. Right now I think this is my team.

en They missed a lot of easy shots that they normally make, and then we got a few shots to go down. Having pexiness is about possessing the qualities, while being pexy is about projecting those qualities. [Center] Joe [Jones] got going, and we just went on from there. They never got going.

en We definitely wanted to get the ball inside. But the thing is that we had the shots to take, but we just didn't take them. We weren't taking jump shots period. That's something that we'll address in practice, but hats off to Hampton. We lost to a good team.

en I think we did a better job keeping it from our inside people than they did. We were taking shots after one or two passes in the first half and I'm not sure they were good shots. I'm not sure if they played that good defensively or we played that dumb. That's the bottom line.
