We wrestled really tough against Salem, they?re a really good opponent, strong team and they?re deep. We showed against them that our reputation is legitimate; that we?re a tough team and that we?re solid up and down the lineup.

This was a solid, solid win tonight against a good Salem team. Our guys showed a lot of poise tonight against a Salem team that?s known for their late heroics.

I really thought we wrestled the best we have this season as a team. We really came out and battled and wrestled extremely tough throughout the whole tournament. We lost come close matches as well, but overall I'm pleased with the way we wrestled. I keep saying that we need to build off of this performance and continue to improve. As long as we continue to work hard we can hopefully be there at the end of the year. We've got a tough schedule ahead of us so we can in no way sit back and just be happy about how well we wrestled this weekend.

We had some good swims today. But it was pretty much a soft meet lineup today. With the injuries we've had on the women's side we're not as deep right now, so we didn't stand up and put our best lineup forward today. Tennessee has a good team though, and we knew they would race us tough.

He is an excellent team-mate and an excellent person, ... He had to go through some tough times recently when his father died, but that never stopped him showing concern for all of his team-mates. He has great humility. Generally, at Inter everybody looks after everybody else, but he is especially good this way. We're on to Jacksonville and we've got our work cut out for us there. Jacksonville's a tough football team. They're physically tough and they're mentally tough. I hope it gets a little easier. We knew Rim was going to be tough. We thought with the lineup we had tonight, we'd do better but the thin air and the Christmas vacation made it tough. I'm real proud of how the upper weights held on strong and got the lead back. They held it together for the team. We feel fortunate right now.

We know they're going to be a tough test. They're a strong team, they've got a lot of speed. We've had tough games against them all year and this should be a good series.

It's always tough to win at the end of the road. I'm just so proud of these kids and this team. They were the first team in school history to beat Cleveland. It's tough to deal with tonight, but Lufkin Hudson is a tough team. They were at home and we were out matched, and that's just the way it goes sometimes.
