Yes, I am excited to say that the report indicates that the school district performed well considering the time period covered was another tough time for our state government and most public school districts. Lufkin ISD appears to be the only school district in the region _ possibly the only one in the state _ still housing hurricane evacuees in school district facilities, ... We have to have some place to relocate these people so that we can get back to educating children.

This is the year. We continue to see the trend that he has in his votes. He doesn't reflect our family values, the people in our district or the direction our country should be going.

Three of those are in the Elk Mound School District. We don't know where all these people are coming from ? but they're showing up.

These are serious allegations and we're very concerned about it. This does not reflect the type of teaching that we want to see in Cherry Creek school district.

Every school district has training in place for bus drivers. Every school district has guidelines for safety on buses. The coaches take care of the kids, and the drivers take care of the road. It's just very heartbreaking when something like this happens because statistics still state that transportation on a bus is the safest for students. Our hearts go out to their families.

This isn't a secession from the school district. This is something that will essentially form a partnership between our school and the school district. The school is a treasure. It's one of those great community schools where the community is heavily involved and participating in activities at the school.

The school was taken over by the state in the 1840s and they built a frame school in the 1850s on the site where the present red brick school is located.

Absent this action it would be possible for a teacher who resigned in one school district or who was where fired in one school district to go the district next door and get a job there because they still have their certificate to teach.

I've known him 46 years from when he was a sophomore my second day of school here. We've developed a kind of friendship.
