In the last 18 months or so, we've seen a significant shift to the adoption of personal networks or home-based networks used in small retail stores or small offices. Those networks are very inexpensive and very easy to use.

The No. 1 problem [for United] is the hub and spoke model isn't working in the post dot.com and post 9/11 era. The networks are a good thing, and they're here to stay.
